Sailor Moon R episode 71 review
I am not sure how to spell the name of the villain of this episode, who also turns to the good side by the end of it. Bercheir or Bercheu or something like that. Anyway, she attacks Ami as Ami is playing in a chess tournament, a tournament Ami is winning as quickly as if she pulled out Scholar’s Mate on every opponent. Ami defeats her, too, but then Bercheir (?) gets mad and freezes the Sailor Failures™, and then Ami’s legs.
Eventually, thanks to Tuxedo Mask, they get freed, and then they defeat her. Bercheir then gets turned into a human like her sister, Koan, the star of the last episode. I suppose we’re going to have four identical episodes like this, with presumably Makoto and Minako also getting starring roles. Hey, it makes picking my Sailor Guardian of the episode that much easier. It’s just a little repetitive.
