Eyeshield 21 episodes 46-47 review
We’re behind by a bit thanks to the Labor Day holiday, but that’s all right, we’ll just pick up where we left off. This time on Eyeshield 21, the Ha-Ha Brothers join the team that Sena, Monta and Kurita’s disciple joined. But on the other team, Shin and a pal join, and that means that Sena gets the chance to show off his Ghost running style to Shin. At first he doesn’t use it because of Hiruma’s orders, but then he decides to use it, and it works at first, before Shin figures it out. Shin’s team then needlessly runs up the score against Sena’s team.
But that’s nothing compared to how much Shin’s team Ojo runs up the score in their tournament game. They literally won their game 82-0. For perspective, the biggest blowout in NFL history came back in the forties, when the Chicago Bears beat the Washington Redskins 73-0. 82-0 is running up the score by massive proportions. Surely once they got up by 40 or 50, they should have called off the dogs in order not to embarrass their opponent too much. I’ve lost all respect for Shin and Ojo.
