F/sn 7-8: Learning curve

Fate/stay night episodes 7-8 review

Fsn 7

So in these two episodes of Fate/stay night we get more character development, specifically of Rin Tohsaka, who has become my favorite character over the dull Saber. Rin is a delight to watch as she goes through her “almost tsundere” feelings and then moves in with Shirou and Saber. When it comes to actual plot development, there wasn’t so much of that, as there was building up of the characters’ personalities. Hopefully I’ll begin to understand what the bigger story is, because it is quite confusing. Until then, at least I’m enjoying this.

E21 44-45: Back on track

Eyeshield 21 episodes 44-45 review

E21 44

Eyeshield 21 got back on track this week with two solid episodes. The first was a humorous episode circling around Taki, the tight end who talks funny (“my sister!”) and isn’t very smart. The second was an episode where a few members of the team help out on a semi-pro team and fill in as backups after Taki and the rest of the team end up in the Nagano Hot Springs. Both were very funny and enjoyable.
