Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders episode 4 review
An evil beetle (not a Buzzy Beetle) gets loose on the plane everyone’s travelling in, and Joseph (the new Speedwagon) and Jotaro (the new Joseph) have to try to stop it. They do so along with their pals Kakyoin and Avdol, but then they discover that the pilots have been killed and that Joseph will have to make an emergency landing.
So they end up in Hong Kong, and it just so happens that they’re right next to a Dio disciple. This guy wastes no time in challenging the four of them, and now his Stand is there, ready to kill Avdol by the time the clock reaches 12.
An entertaining episode, if a bit predictable (Jojo usually is). At the end of the day, all I want is to enjoy the ride a little bit, and that’s exactly what I’ve gotten out of this season of Jojo. How are these guys going to get from Hong Kong to Egypt in 50 days if the first person they encounter is an enemy? That’s a lot of enemies in the way. Can’t wait to find out how they do it. Walk like an Egyptian.
